Frequently Asked Questions

Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting designs into digital files that can be read by embroidery machines. This involves using specialized software to create a stitch-by-stitch map of the design, specifying the type, length, and direction of each stitch. The digitized file is then used by the embroidery machine to stitch the design onto fabric.

It varies depending on the complexity and size of the design. Simple designs with fewer details may take only 2-4 hours, while more complex designs with many colors and intricate details may take almost 3-8 hours, not more than that.

You can email us your design with its complete instructions and requirements you want.

Yes, we can. The designs can be digitized for different embroidery machines, but it’s essential to know the file format supported by the specific machine. Most digitizing software can save designs in different file formats, such as DST, PES, and EXP, which are specific to certain machines or software programs. A professional digitizer can create the design in the appropriate format for optimal results.

Vector art is a type of digital graphic created using mathematical equations that define lines, shapes, and colors. Unlike raster graphics, which are made up of pixels, vector graphics can be scaled infinitely without losing quality, making them ideal for logos, illustrations, and other designs that need to be resized or printed in different sizes.

Vector art is commonly created using specialized software, such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. It is also commonly used in the printing and embroidery industries because it can be easily resized and edited without losing quality.

For simple artwork, we charge just $10 and for the complex artworks, we will quote you the pricing before proceeding with the order.

The images that you supply for vector conversion are not shared with anyone else. We may display “before and after” on our sample page for comparison between the original raster image and the new vector file.

Turnaround time is generally 6-8 hours or less. Complex designs may take longer. Please specify if you have a deadline and we will let you know if it can be met.

If you can’t open a vector file even with a vector program, it may be due to compatibility issues. Different vector programs may not support every vector file format. Try importing the file or saving it as EPS format, which is widely accepted by most vector programs.

Logo designing is creating a visual symbol that represents a brand. It’s a graphic design process that involves creating a simple, memorable, and versatile image that conveys a message or identity for a brand, company, or organization.

You can expect to receive the first set of design concepts within 2-4 days. From there, you can choose which option you want to take and request revisions. Depending on the scope of revisions required, the design process typically takes around a week to complete.
